Our signature location is the regal and iconic Asateer tent, which is Atlantis, The Palm’s flagship location for larger-scale events. With 2400m2 or indoor space, plus a beautiful terrace offering panoramic vistas of The Palm Island and glittering Dubai skyline, Asateer has a capacity of up to 2,100 guests for a standing reception and 1,200 seated. This specially constructed marquee tent is set by the ocean with dazzling views of Dubai’s skyline. An original way to share a piece of the UAE’s heritage with event guests, the space comprises a spacious lobby lounge, an 11-metre-high ceiling and dedicated valet parking. Its capacious carpark also makes it a convenient and easily accessible choice. For large staged events such as fashion shows, Ramadan dinners, awards ceremonies or special celebrations and weddings, Asateer was designed for unforgettable occasions.

Event Team

The talented and experienced Atlantis, The Palm events team has a combined total of over 200 years of experience in the field of meetings, events, and conferences. The Bilingual team comprises 18 different nationalities and are experts in creating and implementing some of Dubai’s biggest and best concerts, weddings, exec board meetings, exhibitions and award ceremonies.  

X-factor

Supported by stellar service, Atlantis, The Palm’s X-factor is its ability to be completely bespoke and personalized. From removing or adding walls to extending a venue to seat up to 4,500 guests- the opportunities are endless.

Hosting events at Atlantis is our integral part of us showcasing our extensive culinary range and vast array of unique experiences that we have to offer. Holding events can also serve as a great platform to drive future stays for guests who want to return again perhaps with their other half or family. Partnering with event planners is also extremely important to us, those of which we see as an extension of our in-house team and business, as they support us in having a real global presence within the events industry.
